Pitch six starts up the 800 foot long chimney system that splits the NE
Ridge. This shot is looking down at the big ledge at the fifth belay
that I mentioned in the previous photos. The guy in the orange helmet
was one of the Kiwis that were following us up the route. Angela had a
great time chatting with them as they shared belays. We got the sense
that they kinda wanted to pass us, but they never quite caught up to me.
In fact I didn't get to meet them until much later in the day when we were
just about down.
