After almost 2 1/2 hours of intermittent rappelling and downclimbing, we
were finally of the upper Kain ridge. From this point the terrain is
generally less steep so we stopped to change into our boots (after nearly 12
hours in our climbing shoes) and ingest some Nutella with our fingers!
